Today I’m sporting my #IOWNEDIT T-shirt birthed by Tanya Armstrong her vision is perfect because so many of us proudly own our accomplishments but what about our failures? Many of us deal with pain in different ways but the most effective way is to #OWNIT #IOWNEDIT and #imFree looking forward to your book release. Thanks for inspiring others Tanya!! There is purpose in our pain and he 🙏 will definitely replace our ashes with beauty!

Anyone who knows me knows that I am not a selfies kind of person. Tanya Armstrong this is because I love you and are so proud of you. Can’t wait for the book release.
It is easy to own up to your accomplishments in life. What is difficult, is taking a good look in the mirror and acknowledging your failures, or at least your part in them. It is easier to point out the faults in others as opposed to taking a good look at ourselves. I am owning it all; my good and my bad.
